The opportunity

Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams. Oversee the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) solutions, including Sales Order Management, ATP, Shipping, Credit Management, Pricing, Billing, and more.
- Demonstrate deep technical expertise and strong business acumen in the Order-to-Cash domain and related areas such as Supply Chain, Finance, and Procurement. Stay updated on current industry trends like S/4HANA with Rise, BTP, SAP AI scenarios, and incorporate new knowledge.
- Understand how master data and hierarchies impact the OTC process and coordinate with cross-functional teams for holistic solutions.
- Consistently deliver quality client services. Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed about outcomes.
- Lead client workshops and meetings to gather and understand user stories. Build relationships with client personnel at various levels.
- Lead and motivate diverse teams by providing feedback, coaching, fostering an inclusive work environment, and mentoring junior consultants.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities. Understand EY’s service lines and actively present solutions to clients. Maintain long-term client relationships and collaborate across EY practices.
- Support professional development of team members through training, workshops, and career growth opportunities.
Skills And Attributes For Success
Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and advise on SAP system capabilities. Initiate requirement gathering, solution architecture, blueprinting, testing, and documentation. Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into business solutions, including configurations and integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.
To qualify for the role you must have
- A bachelor’s degree and at least nine years of relevant work experience.
- Minimum eight years of experience in SAP Order-to-Cash, with deep functional and technical expertise in SD modules in SAP S/4HANA and/or ECC. Ability to design, configure, implement, and document complex WRICEF objects.
- Strong communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
- Proven leadership in client relationships and internal teams, with project management expertise (e.g., SAP Activate) and a successful track record in SAP project delivery.
- Knowledge of industry best practices, benchmarking, and prior consulting experience relevant to finance and technology functions.
- Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations and new technologies.
- Willingness to travel 40-60% to meet client needs.
Ideally you’ll also have
- Prior consulting experience.
- SAP certifications.
